Filmed live in Nashville, TN, the concert raises awareness and funds for a range of nonprofits assisting veterans, military families, first responders and others. The special will feature a performance by co-host Dustin Lynch as well as performances by Lecrae, Clint Black joined by Lisa Hartman Black and daughter Lily Pearl Black, Charles Esten, Lee Greenwood, Jo Dee Messina, Craig Morgan (recently enlisted as an Army Reserve soldier,) Jelly Roll, Walker Hayes, Alana Springsteen, and War Hippies. Gary Sinise will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award.
